Welcome to FitnessNOW! We are a full service fitness center for every age and ability, offering a fitness floor loaded with cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights, and a stretching area. Other services include: an indoor walking track, in-person and virtual group exercise classes, specialty fitness classes, personal training, and locker rooms.
We believe one size doesn’t fit all, so we give you options when choosing a fitness program. Prefer Machines & Weights? Check out our FitnessNOW equipment selection under Membership Options & Fees.
